    Feed & Function does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, or emergency care. Services and programs do not replace care from your physician, pediatrician, IBCLC, registered dietitian, speech-language pathologist, occupational therapist, or other healthcare provider.

    If you have concerns about your child’s health, weight gain, dehydration, breathing, choking, allergic reaction, illness, or another urgent medical issue, please contact your pediatrician or seek emergency care.

    Breastfeeding Confidence Program

    The Breastfeeding Confidence Program is a self-paced educational program designed to support families with breastfeeding preparation and early feeding education.

    Program access is available for the length of time listed at purchase. Messaging support, if included, begins once your baby arrives and continues for the stated support period. Messaging support is not immediate, 24/7, or emergency support. Messages are answered during business hours.

    Feed & Function reserves the right to update, modify, or improve program materials over time.

    Messaging Support

    If your service or program includes messaging support, messages are intended for general education, support, and clarification related to the program or service.

    Messaging support is not for urgent medical concerns and does not replace individualized medical care. Response times may vary and are limited to stated business hours.

    Payments

    Payment is required according to the pricing and payment terms listed at the time of purchase or booking. Prices are subject to change at any time, but changes will not affect services or programs already purchased.

    Cancellations and Rescheduling

    For cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice, Feed & Function reserves the right to collect the full fee for the scheduled service.

    Missed appointments or no-shows may be charged the full service fee.

    Due to the educational nature of consultations, classes, digital programs, downloadable materials, and messaging support, Feed & Function does not offer refunds once a purchase has been made, access has been provided, or a service has been scheduled.
